Guam Public Utilities Commission (GPUC) Information

What is a Public Utilities Commission (PUC)?

The commission is comprised of either state-elected or state-appointed officials. These members regulate all electric, gas, water, cable and telephone retail in many states, and are also generally responsible for ensuring that utilities are responsive to customers' needs and service requests, and that service is both adequate and reliable.
