Opex Communications offers a long distance rate of 2.95 cent per minute for state to state calls, as well as competitive in-state and international long distance calls. All calls with Opex Communications are billed in six second increments (18 seconds minimum per call).
Opex Communications long distance customers will have the $2 monthly billing fee waived if usage exceeds $20. OPEX also offers prepaid long distance, suitable for low volume customers, as the monthly fee does not apply to prepaid cstomers. Opex Communications charges standard taxes as all other long distance carriers, as well as a "Carrier Recovery Charge" of 3.9%.
Opex Communications long distance is a tiered service, and the above rates only apply in tier A areas. Calls from tier B and tier C areas are priced at 2.95 cent/minute (tier B) or 4.5 cent/minute (tier C) for state-to-state calls. Opex Communications in-state long distance rates also vary by tier, and are shown in the Opex Communications intrastate rates list.
Opex Communications international long distance rates are not tiered, and international phone calls will be billed at the same rates from all areas. International rates for Opex Communications long distance can be found in the Opex Communications international rates list.
Inbound toll-free service is available for $2.00 per month for the first line, and 53 cents for each additional line. The inbound toll-free rates are same as for regular long distance calls, and calls from the same state are billed at in-state rates.
