IDT offers a long distance rate of 5 cent per minute for state to state calls, but this rate is not available from all areas. The service is billed in straight six-second intervals, meaning a six second call will only cost you 1/2 cent. A $3.95 monthly fee applies, with an additional $2 fee for the World Saver international plan. USF fee is 9.9%.
