CogniState long distance is a long distance calling plan designed primarily for domestic phone calls. At 2.7 cent/minute, CogniState long distance is a fantastic value for state-to-state long distance calls, and in-state long distance rates are also very competitive.

No long distance carrier can be all things to all people, and while CogniState long distance is great for domestic long distance calls, the CogniState international rates are not particularly competitive to most countries.
