CogniPhone offers a long distance rate of 3.89 cent per minute for state to state calls. All calls are billed in six second increments, with a minimum call length of 6 seconds for domestic calls, and 30 seconds for international calls.
There is never a monthly fee for CogniPhone long distance when using online billing and automated credit card payments. Billing through postal mail is offered as a courtesy option, and a $1.99 billing fee will apply for this option in months where usage is less than $20. CogniPhone charges standard taxes as all other long distance carriers. CogniPhone long distance has no "Carrier Recovery Charge".
Cogni Phone long distance is not a tiered service, so the above rates apply to customers living in tier A, tier B, and tier C areas alike. CogniPhone in-state long distance rates vary by state, and are shown in the CogniPhone intrastate rates list.
CogniPhone international rates vary by country. International calls have a mimimum duration of 30 seconds per call, and are billed in six second increments thereafter. International rates for CogniPhone can be found in the CogniPhone international rates list.
