are long distance access numbers (like 1010297 and 1010811) that allow you to keep your current long distance carrier, while utilizing a 1010 dial around plan for selected calls (known as 1010 calls).
This is accomplished by dialing a seven digit cic-code (the access number) prior to the number you wish to dial(see how to make international calls for details). 1010 long distance phone numbers are easy to use, but it is important to read all the fine print for each 1010 long distance carrier prior to use.
