10 10 811 has a 50 cents/10 minutes minimum per call, and charges a USF fee each month. There is also a monthly fee of $2.95 and a monthly "carrier cost recover fee" of $1 per line. State-to-state calls, calls to Canada, as well as in-state long distance costs 5 cent/min after the initial 10 minutes. 1010811 international rates vary, and are significantly higher.
