10-10-275 xChanger was offered by Acceris Communications (formerly WorldExchange). The 1010275 dial-around long distance service was available in most areas of the US. Pre-registration for 1010 275 was needed, and calls were billed on your local phone bill.

10 10 275 had a 1 minute minimum per call, and charged a USF fee. A $3.95 monthly fee applied in any month you made at least one call. State-to-state long distance cost 3.9 cent/min. In-state and international rates varied, and were in most cases higher.



Once you are signed up for 10-10-275 your rates did not change unless you requested it - prior users may still be able to use thia plan.
